We're very confident about our products quality and design. We offer a complimentary product exchage for a period of 14 days after the day you receive your shipment. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange an exchange of your product that is in original condition. You're responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Chic Bow Tie. There will also be a USD $8.95 shipping and handling fee associated with the exchanged item.
